Third party insurance

CASAJARDINIA SA follows and respect the federal Suisse rules (Rule 6508 CFST) reflecting the legal obligation to follow the “conformity MSST”, under the control of the SUVA “caisse nationale Suisse d'assurance” in case of accident. We are insured for third party accidents, each individual accident is covered up to CHF 5'000'000.- at the ZURICH INSURANCE company.

Initial proposal / additional or modified proposal: The rate for our initial written and detailed proposal is CHF 80.-, this includes the travel and the study of the project, in case if the work should not be allocated to CASAJARDINIA SA.
All travel, discussions and / or changes in estimates/quotes subsequent to the inital project will be charged CHF 80 .-/h to the customer.

Pre-project/concept : Every concept presented by CASAJARDINIA SA (pre-project/concept, creation of plans, proposed choice of materials / plants ... ) in addition to a simple estimate/proposal, is rated by CHF 120.-/h, case the customer does not allocate work to our firm.

Rate governance for additional work to the original signed quotation ( caused by subsequent customer wishes or caused by the nature of the site )
CASAJARDINIA SA will be obliged to charge any additional work to the initial estimate signed at a price " board" to CHF 60 - . / H ( maneuver ), CHF 80 - . / H ( team leader ) and CHF 120. - / h ( technician foreman of landscaping designer ) .
The work requires the prior written authority of the client ( fax or email) acceptance.
Additional work at the initial estimate signed " performed by a third party " and " supervised by CASAJARDINIA SA "
CASAJARDINIA SA invoice services - analysis of the work by the customer's choice , travel, call and receipt of tenders ( . Min. 2 , max 3) evaluation and assessment of the bids in terms of price and quality, coordinating payments and final payments establishment of a guarantee of work and products, supervision of the work done by third parties - at a price of CHF 300 - . minimum or 10% of the amount offered tax based on the selected quote .
Incorrect estimate of the work to be performed due to potential hidden in the book and discovered during construction or unforeseen defects :
This estimate is based on the state of play as we were able to enjoy during our site visits prior to the development of the initial estimate. If , during the execution of the work , hidden defects should appear , a fact not recognized at the initial stage of the development of specifications, CASAJARDINIA SA would be required to charge overtime resulting in the " rate board " above .
Changes in work to be performed during construction / off site :
Any significant changes in the planning and execution of works relating to awards and consequences CASAJARDINIA SA requires a minimum 72 hours notice in writing addressed to CASAJARDINIA SA so that our company can act on and assess their impact .
In case the customer requires downtime awarded site, it will give its decision by registered mail to SA CASAJARDINIA five working days before the date for which it intends to discontinue the project. In such cases, CASAJARDINIA SA reserves already its rights as a possible financial compensation for damages caused as a result of the judgement awarded site.
These Terms complement SIA SIA 118 and 318 on which this estimate is based standards. Warranty according to SIA 118 ( General Conditions).
